What we cover
This site covers everything from couples getaways and babymoons to city guides, train journeys, and full destination breakdowns. Some guides go deep on one hotel or one train route. Others map out an entire trip, day by day.
The goal stays the same across all of it: give you enough real detail that you can plan with confidence, without wading through ten browser tabs to get there.
Hi, I’m Diana. I write most of what you’ll find here destination guides, train journeys, hotel breakdowns, and the occasional deep dive into a city most people skip.
My approach is simple: research things properly, cross-check the details, and only include what’s actually useful once you’re standing there trying to plan a day. I don’t claim to have personally visited every single place covered on this site. Some guides come from firsthand trips, others from careful research pulled together from trusted sources, and I try to be upfront about which is which.
When something’s worth knowing before you go whether that’s a ticket price, a booking quirk, or which side of the train to sit on that’s what ends up on the page.

Every guide gets checked for accuracy before it’s published prices, hours, and booking details especially, since those change often. When sources disagree on a detail, we say so rather than picking one number and hoping it’s right.
